blankA The partnership with Better Governance begins with the purpose of bringing together two leading professionals in their areas, Tania Almeida and Sandra Guerra, articulating their expertise – socio-emotional and dynamic skills in boards of directors, in the Soft Skills Course for Board Members.

After four initial editions that took place in 2022, the complementarity of this knowledge demonstrates that the idea of ​​expanding socio-emotional skills (soft skills) in presidents and members of boards of directors, members of advisory boards and committees, can be extended to other scenes of the corporate world, when taken to courses in company, or specific demands that benefit from productive dialogues.

Acting in a customized way, preceding the demands with evaluative interviews that map the situation, makes it possible to design interventions that range from training to facilitating dialogues internal corporis and com stakeholders external

The actors that make up the scenarios of corporate governance and collegiate decisions need to have skills that transcend and cross their expertise - technical knowledge and previous experience, since behavioral and interpersonal factors are decisive in decision-making.
