Mentoring – Corporate Leaders and Family Business Successors

A executive experience at the head of the MEDIARE System for 25 years, in addition to expertise in Dialogue Processes – mapping, design and coordination, as well as a career as a teacher in Conflict Mediation and Dialogue Facilitation, allied also to the study of scenes contemporary ideas, especially those articulated with the corporate world, form the basis of the interlocution that Tania Almeida offers to leaders, in particular the corporate ones.

After the demand mapping interview, a thematic program can be designed, including and articulating with the issues that make up the daily life of each leader. The periodicity and duration of sessions and mentoring are part of the design of work built by four hands. Thematic exhibitions, related readings and reflections that expand a modus operandi or a nature of mind sets that deserves revitalization are made available in the proportion that best suits the applicant.
