O MEDIARE built over twenty-five years (1997 – 2022) a path aimed at the permanent pursuit of excellence in its teaching activity and in the provision of services in Conflict Mediation and Dialogue Facilitation Processes. Its history was traced with the participation and support of several people who helped to keep alive the purposes initially built.
Throughout its existence, it formed the MEDIARE System, a combination of two companies - Cursos e Diálogos -, and a non-profit entity - Instituto MEDIARE - dedicated to research and continuing education - thematic groups of study, improvement and good practices, in addition to services of a social nature.
The structuring of a Multidisciplinary Panel of Mediators made it possible to maintain a highly qualified human capital for its expertise and for MEDIARE teaching.
Satisfaction with the expansion of MEDIARE and the desire for continuity of what has been built so far (1997/2022) served as an inspiration to bring together all the activities of the MEDIARE System into a single entity, and to establish partnerships that make this continuity and maintenance possible. of the MEDIARE standard – premises and commitments focused on ethics, quality, inclusion, collaboration and decisions based on consensus.
