SUMMARY:

The course addresses the technique of designing dispute resolution systems (DSD) to build dispute prevention, management and resolution systems. Based on the identification of gaps in conventional procedural analysis, we propose the use of a new systemic lens that can substantially expand, for the executive or legal operator, their ability to create and implement adequate strategies for resolving disputes.
