* Adequate Means of Dispute Resolution are techniques recognized by the Legal System (For example, Law nº 9.307/96 (arbitration) / Law nº 13.105/15 (Civil Procedure Code) / Law nº 13.140/15 (Mediation)), receiving encouragement and support from civil and judicial entities, such as Courts of Justice, OAB's, CRCSC, Class Representatives and the National Council of Justice. They are legal alternatives to the Judiciary, but with advantages such as agility (in arbitration, if another deadline has not been agreed, the arbitration award is pronounced in 180 days), secrecy, economy (in relation to legal proceedings), among others.

SECMASC's commitment and responsibility is to help professionals improve and disseminate the Adequate Means of Conflict Resolution, their benefits and clarify people, entities and companies about their importance.
