In early June, we concluded the Mediation Course in the Business area of MEDIARE, at the Instituto Brasileiro Governanca Corporativa (IBGC), in São Paulo.
The second edition is already underway, starting in September with six meetings (20.09; 11.10; 01.11; 08.11; 22.11 and 29.11). It is aimed at executives, directors, directors who want to improve soft communication and negotiation skills for everyday corporate dialogue, decision-making, consensus decisions and conflict management.
